The participants are given to blue and yellow papers and asked to cut them in the shape of socks / clothes in order to get expectations and fears. They are to write in blue coloured papers that they expected from the training and yellow papers, what they have a fear about the training. The participants are requested the hang the clothes to the clothesline. The content written by participants to the clothes is read by trainers and summarized.

 “Running with chairs”

The participants are asked to form a circle while holding the chairs inclined. Afterwards, the participants asked to move around the circle as group without lowering the chairs. Once they completed the circle, it can be repeated several times if there is time.

After, the weekly program is introduced by trainer team. The short information about the activities during the program is given. If the participants have questions related to program, the trainers answers.
